You also requested the amount of money awarded for the installation of plastic fence materials as well as the total length of plastic fencing over the last five years.
We do not have a specific plastic fence capital item available within the Agri-environment Climate Scheme (AECS) or the Forestry Grants Scheme (FGS). It may be possible that plastic materials could be used for both the enhancing / modifying a deer and stock fence capital items, however other fence marking materials are permissible including bamboo, wood, metal and heather. As we do not collate specific information on the type of materials used for fence marking we are not able to provide data on this particular request.
