While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The Scottish Government does not hold a record of any meetings of the Dyslexia Making Sense Working Group between September 2018 and the publication of the final report of the Making Sense programme in January 2020. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. Under section 38(1)(b) third party personal data is exempt from disclosure if disclosure would contravene any of the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the UK GDPR. Please note, the exemption under section 38(1)(b) has not been applied to third party personal data that has previously been released by the Scottish Government through the published minutes of the working group.
