1. All briefings and notes prepared for ministers and officials, as well as internal correspondence and correspondence sent and received by the Scottish government, regarding Humza Yousaf's alleged ministerial code breach about his renewables comment at FMQs between August 1 and the date of this FOI, as covered here: https://www.scottishdailyexpress.co.uk/news/politics/humza-yousaf-still-hasnt-discussed-31054364
2. How many Scottish Government buildings are rated as lower than EPC Band C? How many are rated C or higher? Could you list all of these, and if they are lower than C could you explain whether you will be looking to upgrade them or sell them or leave them? What costs have been estimated for this?
