Mobile messaging apps - usage and policy: guidance - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)
Version 1 included with this response was a very early fact finding draft that was never published.
Version 2 included with this response was the first substantial draft.
Please note no Ministers contributed to the final draft so there is no associated correspondence.
The policy was requested by the Scottish Government Executive Team as an action point from their meeting on 15 June 2021. Officials were asked to “consider whether further guidance is required on the use of Whatsapp for government business”.
