I am seeking the April, May, June, July and August updates in relation to the progress on the work on Hull 801 and 802 at Ferguson Marine. To be clear, I am seeking for each of the months, the progress updates to ministers, the CMAL progress report and the Ferguson Marine (Port Glasgow) progress reports, including risk registers.
Response
We have now completed our review of our failure to respond to your request under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) for –
“I am seeking the April, May, June, July and August updates in relation to the progress on the work on Hull 801 and 802 at Ferguson Marine. In accordance with section 21(4) of FOISA, we have also reached a decision on your request.
Please allow us to apologise for the delay and for our failure to respond to your request within the statutory timescale. This was as a result of a high volume of FOISA requests and correspondence.
