“Please provide any internal or external government communications made since 19/09/23 which relate to:

– Patriotic Alternative Scotland
– The Homeland Party
– The targeting of hotels housing asylum seekers by far-right/neo-nazi activists”

I have attached a copy of most of the information you requested.

Our aim is to provide information whenever possible. However, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under sections 28(1) (relations within the UK),30(c) (effective conduct of public affairs), 38(1)(b) (personal information), Section 30(b)(i) – free and frank provision of advice, Section 30(b)(ii) – free and frank exchange of views for the purposes of deliberation and section 39(1) (Health, safety and the environment).

Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.
