The cost of fuel used on the Northern Isles ferry service’s Hjaltland, Hrossey, Hildasay and Helliar vessels in the financial years 2022/23 and 2023/24 to date.
The projected cost of fuel for the entire 2023/24 year for the Hjaltland, Hrossey, Hildasay and Helliar vessels.

Response

1. Fuel cost by financial year

2022/2023 - £22,356,602.12
2023/2024 (until October 2023) - £10,632,788.82

2. The total projected cost of fuel for the financial year 23/24 for the Hjaltland, Hrossey, Hildasay and Helliar vessels is £19,907,407.82
