Information requested
1. The list of Scottish Government Ministers who have been given a Government approved phone and associated contract following the May 2021 election.
2. The total cost incurred to date – or the most up to date figure available – by the Scottish Government for these contracts.
3. The costs incurred by the Scottish Government for each of these phone contracts broken down by Minister and amount.
4. The specific roaming costs incurred by each Minister broken down by Minister, country visited, month visited and cost incurred.

The following are current ministers who have been issued a Scottish Government mobile phone following the May 2021 election. All connections are on the Mobile Voice and Data Services framework (SP-22-005) awarded by Scottish Procurement with Vodafone Ltd.
