LGBT+ policy documents and training: FOI release

Information requested

1. Any and all documents relating to current policy for the training of staff on LGBT+ issues.

2. Any documents relating to current LGBT+ Allies toolkit / diversity champions type of programmes.

3. For both of these information requests, can the corresponding Equality Impact Assessments also be provided?

The answer to your queries are below

1. There is no current policy regarding the training of staff on LGBT+ issues and as result there are no documents.

2. I have attached relevant documents with corresponding evidence for this query.

In this document I have attached two relevant pages from Pathways, the Scottish Government's online learning platform.

Document 2b)
This is a redacted copy of the invoice for Scottish Government's membership to Stonewall Diversity Championship for the period from 01/02/2023 to 31/01/2024. This exemption is not subject to the ‘public interest test’, so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
