Performance deductions regarding cancelled or late ferry sailings: FOI release - gov.scot (www.gov.scot)

Written question and answer: S6W-17967 | Scottish Parliament Website

With regards to CY07 2022/23, CY07 performance penalties are agreed and reconciled as part of the Actual Outcome Statement which is carried out following the end of each contract year.

On your second point on projects, under the Clyde and Hebrides Ferry Services (CHFS) contract, performance deductions can be applied by Transport Scotland in certain circumstances when sailings are late or cancelled. These performance deductions are then offset against the grant subsidy paid for operating the ferry services.
