Information request and response under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004

Information requested

All reports between the Scottish Government and Keep Scotland Beautiful in relation KSB’s administration of the Climate Challenge Fund for 2018-20.

Response

As the information you have requested is ‘environmental information’ for the purposes of the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004 (EIRs), we are required to deal with your request under those Regulations. We are applying the exemption at section 39(2) of the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA), so that we do not also have to deal with your request under FOISA.

I enclose a copy of all the reports we hold on file as requested with any personal data redacted. We have also removed the names of some organisations mentioned in a number of the reports; there was a case reported to the police linked to these organisations that was never progressed and we have removed their names to avoid any reputational damage.
