Information requested

All materials held by the Scottish Government regarding FOI 202300381669 between 8 December and 19 December 2023. This would include case files, internal communication, external communication, personal notes and any other materials.

Some of the information you have requested has already been made available in the FOI responses we issued to you on 11 and 22 December 2023. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you need me to re-issue this response, then please contact me again and I will send you a copy.

An exemption under section s.38(1) (b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
