Information requested

Information on, MAP bankruptcy cases being awarded and a subsequent post discharge FAB being granted, before the 10-year MAP application period.

Response

There have been 14,375 MAP applications made from 1 April 2015. Since that date there have been 41 instances where an individual has been awarded a MAP bankruptcy and has subsequently made a further application which has been awarded under the full administration process. The applications were received at least five years after the original application and five did not meet the MAP criteria.
