Information requested

All recorded information held by the Scottish Government on the funding, delivery, reporting and outcomes of the fairdeliveries.scot website project stating that this could include but need not be limited to:

1. Documentation that shows how much funding the provider was paid to deliver the project whilst it was online.

2. Documentation that provides an analysis of visitors to the site and service usage.

3. Documentation that assesses the overall outcomes of the project.

4. Documentation that records why the project was apparently discontinued.

5. Underlying data that powered the reporting on the website if this was supplied to the Scottish Government.

The answers to most of your questions are attached to this document.

Some of the information you have requested is available from gov.scot. Under section 25(1) of FOISA, we do not have to give you information which is already reasonably accessible to you. If, however, you do not have internet access to obtain this information from the website(s) listed, then please contact me again and I will send you a paper copy.

Names and contact details of individuals have been redacted under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (personal data the disclosure of which would contravene data protection principles) and s.33(1)(b) of FOISA which relates to Commercial interests has been applied to the redacted section in answer to your first question.

No other relevant information has been withheld or made exempt.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in the attachments to this letter.
