The number of Scottish former police officers now classed as being in immediate detriment as a result of pension changes and how many have had their pensions allocation finalised?

Response

As of 2 February 2024, 615 police officer retirees are classed as being in scope of Immediate Detriment.

No Remedial Service Statements (RSS) for these individuals have yet been issued.
