Potential breach of EU state aid involving Dalzell and Clydebridge Steelworks: FOI release

On 15 December 2021, then Minister for Business, Trade, Tourism and Enterprise Ivan McKee made a statement to the Scottish Parliament about a potential breach of EU state aid involving Dalzell and Clydebridge Steelworks, saying he would ask the UK Government to refer the matter to the European Commission.
