Information requested
Details of all meetings that have taken place between September 2021 and January 2024, inclusive, between the Scottish Government and relevant stakeholders regarding the pledge made in the 2021/22 Programme for Government to invest £10 million in new Changing Places toilets.

I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in the table following this letter.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. This is notification under s.17 of FOISA that the information is not held. This is because many of the meetings were informal for the purposes of policy development and were not minuted.
In addition, some of the information you have requested has been removed because an exemption under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.
