Former Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care iPad bill correspondence: FOI release
Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002.
Information requested
All emails or letters sent or received by (a) Humza Yousaf (b) Michael Matheson and (c) any member of the Scottish Government Communications and Public Engagement team that refer to the Health Secretary’s iPad bill.
The timeframe for this request is the following specific days.
Tuesday the 14th November and Wednesday the 15th of November.

I have included copies of information you have requested in Annex B.
On reviewing material within scope of your request, exemptions have been applied in line with FOISA. The exemptions applied can be found in Annex A.
In addition, you may wish to note that the device in question was provided to Michael Matheson in his MSP capacity, therefore, the device and any associated discussions would be between Michael Matheson, the Scottish Parliament and the political party directly.
