1. All minutes, notes, transcripts, messages and recordings relating to the CPD Session held for MSPs with the Chief Medical Officer and National Clinical Director on 11th June 2021.

1. I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in Document 1 attached, which is a copy of the presentation slides used for the CPD Session held for MSPs on 11 June 2021.
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have all the information you have requested.
The reasons why we do not have all of the information is because no minutes, notes, transcripts or recordings were made of the CPD Session held for MSPs.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested.
