2. Any correspondence between Scottish Government officials or Ministers discussing the invite list for this speech, both before and after the list was finalized.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested.

An exemption(s) under section(s) Section 38(1)(b), and Section 30(b)(ii) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested. The first exemption is in line with GDPR law and has only been applied to remove the names and contact details of Scottish Government officials, Prosper officials, and attendees below the equivalent of Civil Service Deputy Director level. The second exemption has been applied on the basis of free and frank exchange of views.
