Information requested

"The number of occasions Bear Scotland have been requested by NHS Highland to support them with a snow plough escort when transporting patients from Caithness General Hospital in Wick to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. In 2016, 2017, 2018,2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 & 2023. With a breakdown of each hospital & year."

Response

Bear Scotland was requested by NHS Highland to support them with a snow plough escort whilst transporting patients from Caithness General Hospital in Wick to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness on 2 occasions. Both were carried out on 2 March 2018, once in the morning and again in the evening. No other escorts have been required in the years requested.
