Information requested

  1. Total annual expense, from 2020 to present, by the Scottish Government on mobile operating theatres & scanners across Scotland.
  2. Total annual expense, from 2020 to present, by the Scottish Government on mobile operating theatres & scanners in NHS Orkney's catchment area.
  3. Total annual expense, from 2020 to present, by the Scottish Government on the MRI scanner that is currently in NHS Orkney.
  4. How long the Scottish Government is contracted to continue purchasing the services of each mobile scanner & operating theatre it pays for & operates.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact individual Health Boards in respect of the information in the fourth part of your request. The reasons why we don’t have the information are explained in the Annex to this letter.
