Newly constructed secondary school list and sites: EIR release
Information request and response under the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations 2004.
Information requested
- In the period from 2010 - 2023, please provide a list of secondary schools that have been newly constructed.
- For each of these newly constructed schools, please advise if the new school was built on the existing school site, or if a new site was required.
Response
We have provided you with a list of secondary schools that have been built since 2010 which is attached within an excel document. Under the exception at regulation 10(4)(a) of the EIRs we do not hold any data on whether newly constructed schools were built on existing school sites or new sites.
