Employee attendance at Scottish Government or civil service buildings: FOI release

Information requested
A list of all Scottish Government or civil service buildings - including of public bodies such as Social Security Scotland and National Records of Scotland etc. - with a breakdown of employee attendance for each week during March 2024 and each week of April 2024 to date.
Response
I enclose a copy of some of the information you requested in table format over the period requested. The table gives the name and location of the Scottish Government Core administration buildings and the percentage occupancy against available workstations within that building. Information on the average weekly attendance at the Social Security Buildings is also included in the table, their information is for average weekly attendance against available workstations, the Scottish Government core administration shows attendance levels on a Tuesday of each week.
The Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have asked for as we are only the data controller of information for the Scottish Government core buildings.
This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have the information you have requested. An FOI request should be made individually to the Public Bodies that you require a breakdown of employee attendance for each week during March 2024 and each week of April 2024 to obtain this information.
