4. Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is to be either extended or renewed?

5. Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract?

6. Name of Incumbent Supplier?

7. How long have you traded with them?

8. If you publish your register of contracts and purchasing, can you please provide a website link.

9. In addition, can you confirm if you have a contract in place for Tail End Spend.

1st April 2022 – 31st March 2023

Regarding the information relating to contracts (questions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 9), Disclosure Scotland is an executive agency of the Scottish Government and accesses collaborative framework contracts set up by the Scottish Procurement & Property Directorate (SPPD) who are the organisation tasked with procuring requirements on behalf of Scottish public sector bodies.

The current agreement for office supplies is with Lyreco. However, regarding the specific details of this contract, Disclosure Scotland does not hold this information and you would need to submit a request to foi@gov.scot to obtain it. This is a notice under Section 17 that we do not hold this information in relation to questions 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 & 9.
