Education Scotland is an executive agency of the Scottish Government and can access collaborative framework contracts set up by the Scottish Procurement & Property Directorate (SPPD) who are the organisation tasked with procuring requirements on behalf of Scottish public sector bodies. A list of SPPD framework contracts can be found here.

With regard to General Office Supplies, you can find contract details here.

The supplier is Lyreco UK Limited and the start and expiry dates are 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2027 – no further extension is available with this contract. SPPD are responsible for reviewing and renewing this contract if required.

Education Scotland have traded with Lyreco UK Limited over nearly eight years i.e., from June 2016.

The framework contract for General Office Supplies is not an Education Scotland contract and you should therefore contact the Scottish Government for details of the Senior Responsible Officer via CEU@gov.scot.
