Can you please share all correspondence between the Scottish Government and NHS Grampian (including Aberdeenshire Health and Safety Partnership and Aberdeenshire Council) in relation to the following link;

For the purpose of setting the scope of your request we have used the time period covered 05/05/2019 (the date the question to the First Minister was made) to 24/05/2024 the date of your request.

I enclose the following two items to this email as part of our response to your request.

1. Emails between NHS Grampian and the Scottish government which covers correspondence dated 8 August 2019 to 15 September 2020. *(Annex A)

2. A document from NHS Grampian titled “SCOTTISH GOVERNMENT RETURN GRAMPIAN ADHD PATHWAY” dated 14 September 2020. *(Annex B)

However, you may wish to contact NHS Grampian at Freedom of Information (nhsgrampian.org) who may be able to help you as they are responsible for the delivery of the ADHD pathway in their area.
