Correspondence since 18 January 2024 relating to finances for 2023-24, 2024-25, and subsequent years between Richard McCallum and the following health boards: NHS Ayrshire & Arran, NHS Lothian and NHS Highland.

I enclose a copy of all of the information you requested in the attachments to this FOI. Please note that the brokerage cap figure in attachment seven was incorrect. The figure was amended from £27.2 million to the correct value of £27.7 million in a subsequent letter issued to NHS Ayrshire & Arran after the date of your FOI request.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to some of the information you have requested.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA (the personal data of a third party) applies to personal information of third parties.

[OUT OF SCOPE] has been used to remove general conversation within documents that has no relation or subsequent value to fulfilling the request. General email greetings and conversation between staff on off topic subjects are considered out of scope and removed.
