1. Telephony and UC/ Collaboration
a. Please confirm the manufacturer of your telephony system(s) that are currently in place.
b. When is your contract renewal date?
c. Who maintains your telephony system(s)?
d. Do you use Unified Communications or Collaboration tools, if so which ones?

a) What Microsoft 365 licence do you have across the business e.g. E3, E5
b) Which partner looks after your Microsoft tenant?
c) Where do you host your applications? Do you have on-premises infrastructure, or do you host your applications in public or private cloud? Which?
3. Storage
a. Does your organisation use on-premises or cloud storage or both?
b. Please confirm the on-premises hardware manufacturer.
c. Please confirm your cloud storage provider.

1. Telephony and UC/ Collaboration
a. Please confirm the manufacturer of your telephony system(s) that are currently in place. Mitel and Microsoft. Marine Scotland also have a telephony system from 3CX.
b. When is your contract renewal date? The renewal date of our Mitel contract is the 31st March 2025. Our Microsoft reseller contract expires on the 31st March 2025. Marine Scotland's contract for 3CX expires in June 2027.
c. Who maintains your telephony system(s)? Daisy Corporate Services maintain our Mitel telephony system. Our Microsoft Telephony is maintained internally. Marine Scotland's 3CX system is maintained by SCG Consulting.
d. Do you use Unified Communications or Collaboration tools, if so which ones? Yes, Microsoft Teams.
2. Microsoft
a) What Microsoft 365 licence do you have across the business e.g. E3, E5? We have Microsoft E3 licenses and E5 licenses.
b) Which partner looks after your Microsoft tenant? Our Microsoft tenant is managed internally.
c) Where do you host your applications? Do you have on-premises infrastructure, or do you host your applications in public or private cloud? Which? Corporate applications are hosted both onpremises and in the public cloud.
3. Storage
a. Does your organisation use on-premises or cloud storage or both? Both
b. Please confirm the on-premises hardware manufacturer. Whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance an exemption under section 30(c) of FOISA (prejudice to effective conduct of public affairs) applies to your request. Providing details about the information you have requested into the public domain could subsequently be used by threat actors to evade any controls we might or might not have in place. This could therefore enable them to target specific types of attack or data exfiltration methods and would constitute substantial prejudice to the effective conduct of public affairs.
c. Please confirm your cloud storage provider. Microsoft and Amazon Web Services
d. What is your annual spend on cloud storage? This information is not held centrally; however, we have collated figures for both Digital and Agriculture and Rural Economy (ARE) Directorates within the Scottish Government. The annual spend on cloud storage is shown below.
