Information on key GDPR requirements specifically:

  • Please advise who are Education Scotland’s ‘customers’, ‘stakeholders’ and ‘end users’?
  • Please list individually under each heading – customers or stakeholders – what specific companies, agencies, third parties is being referred to?

Response

Education Scotland engages with a wide range of customers, stakeholders and end users. These may include:

  • Other public sector bodies and government departments
  • Local authorities
  • Schools, colleges and other education establishments
  • Parents
  • Pupils
  • Third party organisations
  • Trade unions
  • Contracted organisations

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Education Scotland does not have some of the information you have requested. Education Scotland does not hold an exhaustive list of all of our customers, stakeholders and end users. As such this is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that Education Scotland does not have the information you have requested.
