1. MACS spend on office supplies and associated products for the financial years 1st April 2022 – 31st March 2023 and 1st April 2023 – 31st March 2024
2. The start date and duration of the contract
3. If there is an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension
4. If a decision has been made yet on whether the contract is to be either extended or renewed
5. Who the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for the contract is
6. The name of the incumbent supplier
7. How long MACS have traded with them
8. If MACS publish their register of contracts and purchasing, to provide the website link
9. To confirm if MACS have a contract in place for tail end spend

Response

I can confirm that MACS hold no contracts or assets relating office supplies or associated products. It may be useful to point out that MACS is primarily a remote organisation, and on the rare occasion where office supplies or associated products are needed, these are printed by Transport Scotland who provide a Secretariat function and as such all contracts are through them.
