Discussions on UK police forces: FOI release

Information requested

Please can you provide all discussions within the Scottish government between January 1st 2022 to 28th April 2024 which include the following:

1. The British Transport Police (BTP)
2. The Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC)
3. Ministry of Defence Police (MDP)

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because exemptions under Section 29(1)(a) (Formulation or development of government policy), Section 29(1)(b) (Ministerial communication), Section 30 (b)(i) (Free and frank provision of advice), and Section 38 (1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA apply to that information. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex A to this letter.
