Information requested
1. How many people (as a percentage) who are placed under the Consideration for Listing process are listed after the process is completed (i.e. total number of people listed/total number of people placed under Consideration for Listing x 100)?
2. How many people (as a percentage) who have NO convictions (only allegations) are listed after the Under Consideration for Listing process is completed (i.e. total number of people with NO conviction listed/total number of people with NO conviction placed under Consideration for Listing x 100)?
3. How many people (as a number) who have NO convictions are listed on BOTH lists?
Response
1. How many people (as a percentage) who are placed under the Consideration for Listing process are listed after the process is completed (i.e. total number of people listed/total number of people placed under Consideration for Listing x 100)?
The percentage of people placed under consideration and then barred is 26.09%.
2. How many people (as a percentage) who have NO convictions (only allegations) are listed after the Under Consideration for Listing process is completed (i.e. total number of people with NO conviction listed/total number of people with NO conviction placed under Consideration for Listing x 100)?
The percentage of people with no convictions who are placed under consideration then barred is 27.74%.
3. How many people (as a number) who have NO convictions are listed on BOTH lists?
The number of people with no convictions who are listed on both lists is 441.
