Interim IT Staff Services & Interim Professional Staff Services Framework: FOI release

Information requested

Please could you provide an excel spreadsheet with agency spend by organisation for the following two frameworks between 1st April 23 – 31st March 24?

• Interim IT Staff Services framework
• Interim Professional Staff Services framework

A few notes regarding data and formatting of the information requested:

1. Please include spend going through previous generations of the framework.

2. When reporting spend into Scottish Government, please separate the spend into the separate Directorates. For example, Digital Directorate, Agricultural and Rural Economy Directorate, Marine Scotland Directorate etc. Here’s a link to all potential directorates - https://www.gov.scot/about/how-government-is-run/directorates/.

3. Please use the attached as a template for this new FOI request.

Response

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. We are unable to provide the Scottish Government spend under the directorates to which the spend relates as we do not hold this information broken down by directorate. We only hold the information as total spend for the Scottish Government, which we have included in this response. This is a formal notice under section 17(1) of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. Please find the information requested that we do hold in the attached Annex.
