HM Fire Service Inspectorate does not use a social media management platform.

2. If so, what tools do you use?

As per the answer to question 1 there is no supplier and therefore no tools used.

3. What is your annual spend on a Social media management tool?

As per the answer to question 1 there is no supplier and no contract, therefore the answer is Nil.

4. What dates does your contract with your current supplier end (month & year)?

As per the answer to question 1 there is no supplier and no contract.

5. Do you use a social listening/media monitoring platform?

HM Fire Service inspectorate does not use a social listening/media monitoring platform.

6. If so, what tools do you use?

As per the answer to question 5 there is no supplier and therefore no tools used.

As per the answer to question 5 there is no supplier and no contract, therefore the answer is Nil.

As per the answer to question 1 and 5 there is no supplier contract for a social media management platform or a social listening / media monitoring platform and therefore this question is not applicable.
