• Internet of Things Dynamic Purchasing System SP-18-033.
• The Scottish Government Cloud Framework - SP-22-023.
• Software Value Added Reseller Services - SP-21-034.
• The Web Based Proprietary Devices Framework SP-22-020.
• Telephony & Communications Dynamic Purchasing System - SP-21-039.
• The details requested are information on Public Sector Contracts placed on these frameworks and should include, Public Sector Organisation, Supplier Awarded to, Contract Value, Contract Scope and Duration.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested. The reasons why we don't have some of the information are explained below. However, where we do have this information, it has been provided at Annex A to this letter.

• Internet of Things Dynamic Purchasing System SP-18-033 - Information provided in full.
• The Scottish Government Cloud Framework - SP-22-023 - Information provided in full.
• Software Value Added Reseller Services - SP-21-034 - Information provided in full for each organisation using the framework. However, each of these organisations may have many individual orders for software and the information provided has been consolidated for each organisation. 
• The Web based Proprietary Devices Framework SP-22-020 - This framework commenced on 1 March 2024.
• Management information (MI) is provided on a quarterly basis. The first set of MI for this framework is likely to become available around mid-July 2024 as part of the Quarter 1 report.
• Telephony & Communications Dynamic Purchasing System SP-21-039 - Information provided in full.
