6. Scottish Government Procurement have advised they hold monthly/quarterly and annual review meetings and extension options will be reviewed 6 -12 months prior to expiry of contract.

Section 38(1)(b) of The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) exempts the personal data of a third party in order to protect the individual’s privacy. Energy Management System

The SPPA, the Scottish Government and ‘EDF’ do not have the ability to influence or optimise for efficiency the electricity distribution grid in Scotland, the electricity distribution network is owned by ‘SSE’ and ‘Scottish Power’ and they decide how it is configured and the fees that they charge ‘EDF’ to use the grid to supply electricity to customers.
