Gender neutral toilets and dinner prices in schools: FOI release

Information requested

1. Could you provide all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence, internally as well, analysis, briefings and notes/minutes from meetings, about gender neutral toilets in school, from the last three months?

2. Have you got a list of all schools with gender neutral/mixed toilets and if so could you supply it?

3. Could you provide all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence, internally as well, analysis, briefings and notes/minutes from meetings, about school dinner prices being raised from the last three months?

4. Have you got a list of councils which have raised school dinner prices in the last year, and if so could you supply this?

5. Could you provide all documentation held by the Scottish Government, including correspondence, internally as well, analysis, briefings and notes/minutes from meetings, as well as policy documents and discussions, about any ban on mixed sex/gender neutral toilets, from the last six months?

I enclose a copy of the information you requested in the Annex (documents 1-4) to this response.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because an exemption(s) under section s.38(1)(b) (personal information) of FOISA applies to that information.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.

Have you got a list of all schools with gender neutral/mixed toilets and if so could you supply it?
