Information requested

1. All correspondence between the then Finance Minister Kate Forbes and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 17 February 2020 and the 20 May 2021.

2. All correspondence between the then Business Minister Jamie Hepburn and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2020 and the 31 December 2020.

3. All correspondence between the then First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1January 2020 to 31 December 2020.

Response

There is no correspondence between the stated Ministers and the European Commission in relation to European Structural and Investment Funds within the declared dates.
