1. All correspondence between the then Finance Minister Derek Mackay and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2018 and the 31 December 2018.

2. All correspondence between the then Business Minister Jamie Hepburn and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 27 June 2018 and the 31 December 2018.

3. All correspondence between the then First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2018 to 31 December 2018.

Response

There is no correspondence between the stated Ministers and the European Commission in relation toEuropean Structural and Investment Funds within the declared dates.
