Information requested

1. All correspondence between the then Finance Minister Derek Mackay and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2017 and the 26 June 2018.

2. All correspondence between the then Business Minister Paul Wheelhouse and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2017 and the 27 June 2018.

3. All correspondence between the then First Minister Nicola Sturgeon and the European Commission in relation to European Structural Investment Funds allocated to Scotland, from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2017.

Response

There is no correspondence between the stated Ministers and the European Commission in relation to European Structural and Investment Funds within the declared dates.
