We have taken your reference to Pablo as relating to the creative agency Pablo, based in London. Pablo is not set up as a supplier on the Scottish Government’s payment system. We can therefore confirm that the Scottish Government has not incurred any costs as a client of Pablo, London. In terms of the UK Government, we do not hold this information.
