Could you supply all documentation held, including correspondence, policy notes, notes and minutes from meetings, about requesting an independence referendum from the UK Government, from the last three months?

Exemptions under Sections 30(b)(i), 30(b)(ii) and 30C of FOISA apply to some of the information requested. The reasons why these exemptions apply are explained in Annex B.
