The following information through the Freedom of Information Act, regarding the Advocacy Services for Social Security tender.

The date for tender expiry and planned procurement publication dates.

Tender Documents:

The original tender invitation documents.

Evaluation Reports:

Summary of the evaluation process.
Criteria used for the selection.
Scores or rankings of the bidders.

Winning Bidder's Proposal:

Detailed proposal of the successful bidder.
Key features or advantages that led to their selection.
Innovative approaches or solutions proposed.

Minutes of Meetings:

Records of meetings where the tender submissions were discussed and decisions were made.
Comments and considerations of the evaluation committee.

I enclose a copy of most of the information you requested with the exception of Personal information excluded under 38(1)(b) - This information is exempt from disclosure as disclosing the personal data would contravene any of the data protection principles in Article 5(1) of the UK GDPR. The Personal Data in this case relates to names and Job titles of individuals.

1. you asked for the Tender Expiry date and future publication dates. The current expiry date is 31 January 2025. There are currently no confirmed procurement dates in place, However the future requirement will be Advertised Public Contracts Scotland - PCS.

2. You asked for Tender documents. All tender documents attached, only buyer names redacted. Personal information is excluded under 38 (1)(b) under FOISA (2002)

3. You asked for Evaluation reports. Information on Summary of evaluation and Criteria used for selection are all included in the attached Award Criteria document. Scores or rankings -
