Information requested

This request concerns the European Structural and Investment Funds operation decommitment decision process.

For decommitment decisions in the 2014-20 European Structural and Investment Funds programmes, please can you tell me how many decommitment decisions were made by the EC? And how many decommitment decisions were made by the Scottish Government?

Response

There has been five decommitment decisions made by the EC and two decisions made by the Scottish Government since the launch of the 2014-2020 programme. These occurred in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022.
