First Minister's trip to Germany and Euro 2024: FOI release

So what official business was he there for? Very strange that a failed First Minister of devolved assembly happened to be in Germany at the same time as a football game!!!  But attending a Scotland football match so who paid for that ticket? Also you spelled something rong###.

On your question regarding what official business the First Minister conducted in Munich, the Scottish Government routinely publishes detail of Ministerial engagement via: https://www.gov.scot/collections/ministerial-engagements-travel-and-gifts/

This is a formal notice that Section 27(1) of FOISA applies to the information you have requested. This exemption allows public authorities to refuse to disclose information if they already plan to publish it within the next 12 weeks. On your question about the ticket, the First Minister was invited to the event as a guest of the Scottish Football Association. There was no cost to the Scottish Government.
