Deferred final salary pension scheme members: FOI Release

Information requested

How many deferred members with final salary pension scheme benefits (ie members who are no longer working for relevant employers - not just members who have moved to a CARE scheme) are older than the normal pension age in the relevant final salary section of the scheme but have not put their final salary pension into payment yet?

The table above relates to deferred members of the scheme older than the normal retirement age in the final salary scheme who have not had their pension put into payment.

These are deferred members not actively contributing to the scheme, and may include members who have opted out of the scheme but are still employed
