Information request and response under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002
Information requested
All total expenditure on expenses for each overseas office for (a) transport (b) private rental accommodation (c) hospitality (d) miscellaneous in each of the last six years.
Response
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, this is notice that under Section 17 of FOISA that the Scottish Government does not have some of the information you have requested which is explained in our response.
The table below provides most of the expenditure you have requested rounded up/down to the nearest £100.
You will see on the table that the figures for private rent is provided for Brussels, however I cannot include this for the other offices as we do not privately rent accommodation in these countries. Accommodation is provided by the FCDO and included in the "on platform" charge.
