Information requested

All correspondence and notes of phone calls or meetings, involving the Office of the First Minster on the subject of a false statement he made in parliament on 23rd May 2024 in answering a question from Lorna Slater MSP at FMQs.

An exemption under section 38(1)(b) of FOISA applies to names or personal data that might identify individuals.

This exemption is not subject to the 'public interest test', so we are not required to consider if the public interest in disclosing the information outweighs the public interest in applying the exemption.
