Information requested
In the third Building a New Scotland paper, one of the criteria identified for the introduction of the new Scottish pound is “that foreign exchange reserves and sterling reserves are sufficient”.
Please provide any discussion or analysis conducted by the Constitutional Futures Division on the possible methods by which foreign exchange and sterling reserves would be accumulated, and the levels which would be sufficient.
